Hi! I know this is not the longest word without vowels but it sure is the fear of long words - Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia

'Indivisibility' has only one vowel which occurs six times

'Strengths' is probably the longest word with one vowel (please let me know if I'm wrong)
