Collentions of income tax and corporate tax in 1970 totaled Rs 780 crore&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the above sentence is collection not appropriate word as collection itself is plural word.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;2. Collentions have exceeded expectations so far...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Again same doubt is using &amp;#39;collection&amp;#39; in the above sentence wrong grammatically. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;If you want to stress that there was more than one act of collecting, then use the plural, otherwise the singular is fine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You need to check your spelling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What you have are&amp;nbsp;more commonly called &amp;#39;questions&amp;#39;&amp;nbsp; than &amp;#39;doubts&amp;#39;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Best wishes, Clive</description></item></channel></rss>
