when i teach the Present Continuous tense (elemenentary level) I usually ue these easy steps:

1. Introduce/ review the Verb BE, in it's different forms..AM, IS, ARE ( Present Tense)

2. Introduce/revi Personal Pronouns, I , HE, SHE, IT, WE, YOU, THEY.

3. Explain/expound the relationship of these two (the verb BE and the Personal Pronouns) when used in a sentence and give examples;
                I -       AM                       HE, SHE, IT - IS
                YOU   - ARE
                 WE    - ARE
                 THEY - ARE

Example:  HE IS dancing.

4. Introduce/review Verbs...ask for examples e.g   dance,

5.Explain how to from the Present Participle:Participles = VERB+ ING
example : dance+ ing= dancing (explain that the E in danceshould be dropped)

4. Now, you are ready to present your lesson on PRESENT CONTINUOUS: Define
    PRESENT CONTINUOUS = Verb BE + VERB+ ING (present participle)

example: He IS DANCING.

I don't think I've ever read anywhere that 'my' is a possessive pronoun.

Modern grammatical analysis argues that both possessive pronouns and adjectives are possessive determiners.

The classification by grammarians of linguistic features is their domain; ours as educators is to clarify the meaning to learners.

It's quite possible that this 'new' name may well change... as I'm sure we're all aware that about a decade ago the term 'progressive' came in to replace 'continuous' as in 'the present progressive' rather than 'present continuous' tense. Now, it appears that 'continuous' is back in fashion.

Who cares what it's called? It's still an example of metalanguage and whether you know what it's called or not, it won't help you use it more accurately.

Personally, I'm all in favour of reducing the amount of metalanguage thrust upon learners...

I will put (write) here all the general forms of the English grammar tenses as I know (understand ) it, I want you to chek it and correct me. Sometimes there is no form (just a speace), I want you to write the general form of the kind of the tense that is detected.

I'm so sorry If my grammar or idea not clear for you in the last paragraph; I hope the idea is received.

In English grammar there are 12 tenses consists of (present,past and future)
each on of them consists of 4 parts
1- simple.
2- continuous.
3- perfect.
4- perfect continuous.

add to that 4 parts of the future :

1- future simple in the past or present conditional.
2- continuous future in the past or present continuous conditional.
3- perfect future in the past or past conditional.
4- perfect continuous in the past or past continuous conditonal.
.........

I will put the general forms , pleas check it.

these are the shorten words that I used in the forms:

this color is for He, She, It.

this color is for I, You, We, They.

without any clor for all pronouns : He, She, It, I, You, We, They.

v~s = verb end by ''s'' like "He writes to them".

v~ing = verb end by "ing" like "He is writting to them".

v(P.P) = verp in past participle.

v(base) = verb in base case.

Some notes:

Don't fluctuate between verb forms present continuous is for right now (I am writing this post), and present simple is for habitual activities (I write posts every day).

Use an apostrophe to show possession, except for pronouns: mother's work.

Work is uncountable-- my work is always boring.

Cause and because are different words.

Avoid contractions in formal writing: I am, it is, do not.

Spare time is two words.

Hello, Hemantchavan . I assume you wish us to correct the grammar in this letter, which I am happy to do. If you are trying to learn English, then it would be better not to use "text language" such as "how r u " You also need to pay attention to the use of capital letters after full stops, and for the personal pronoun "I". I am not going to re-write these simple errors, but I will highlight them so that you can begin to correct your own work.

You need to learn the use of the present continuous form of verbs. It is very common for people from the Indian sub-continent to misuse this form of the verb, and use it when simple present should be used.

Hi, MountainHiker. Thank you for your comments, they have given me some new idea and before I begin a revision of my essay, would you please answer another important for me question?

I'm not exclude I can be mistaken. Your correction turns this sentence into a cause-and-effect relation. It looks like the paparazzi cause the stresses. Your second "as" I can understand as "because". Besides, you replaced my participle "trying" with "to be trying" - a verb in the present continuous. I've come across such a grammar misunderstanding at least twice. Once I used a remark "I don't trust him talking about that" and I was corrected that I had to say "I don't trust HIS talking about that". I was said that I had not used the pronoun "he" with a gerund(!) properly. What is the point?

Anyway, it gives me something to ponder over. So, turning back to my statement, I would give my explanation of it in the following way: a continuous chain of stresses is an inalienable attrubite of their job, as well as paparazzi, who won't lose the chance to fish out something sensational from your private life.
