The reason you have not yet had a reply maybe that your post is very long.
I'm glad that you have now started sentences with a capirtal. But oyu still have other problems with capitals and punctuation in some of these examples.

The American rule is: Commas and periods always go inside ... belong with the quote and outside if they do not. That's discriminatory. Why should question marks and exclamation points have more leeway than commas or periods? Commas and periods
