By not mentioning your first two samples I meant to imply they were "fine", but there's room for improvement. Although I've had my share of dealings with [the] police, I'm not very strong on the terminology. I think the "police report" is what the insurance companies want to see, and I think it can come into being as the result of an officer investigating at the scene or as the result of a citizen complaint. I don't know if there's a difference between reporting an "incident",&amp;nbsp; reporting a "crime", "making" a complaint, "lodging" a complaint, and "filing" a complaint. However, I agree that "complaining" to the police may not necessarily result in a "police report" or "complaint" being issued&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; but it can.&amp;nbsp; And I believe a "complaint" is an official document of some kind, in some jurisdictions, as opposed to sombody saying, "What's your &lt;STRONG&gt;complaint&lt;/STRONG&gt;?"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I agree with GG that some of these are "wordy" as opposed to "lean and mean."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regarding your question about the new sample, #4, as I said, I don't know if the difference in terminology is significant.&lt;/P&gt;

Now it is impossible and impractical for me to attend my morning duty (8a.m. to 4p.m. )&amp;nbsp; at Airport, Kolkata which was about 165 k.m. from Durgapur. &lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Positive internet&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;contributions&lt;/b&gt; to crisis
communication and internet influence &lt;b&gt;in changing&lt;/b&gt; PR practise&lt;b&gt; have not&lt;/b&gt; been confirmed&lt;/i&gt; &lt;i&gt;unambiguously&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;. The study&lt;b&gt; offers a&lt;/b&gt; range of attitudes towards using the internet&lt;b&gt;
but with no&lt;/b&gt; definite conclusions. Because of&lt;b&gt; the&lt;/b&gt; small sample of participants,&lt;b&gt; its&lt;/b&gt; results should
be used &lt;b&gt;only&lt;/b&gt; as a base for&lt;b&gt; other,&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;broader&lt;/b&gt; quantitative research (Fjeld, Molesworth,
2006) rather than &lt;b&gt;vague&lt;/b&gt; generalization.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;The authorsâ&lt;/b&gt; comparison of PR theory with PR
practise&lt;b&gt; reveals &lt;/b&gt;several limitations of the internet. With reference
to Grunig and Grunigâs &lt;b&gt;excellent&lt;/b&gt; study &lt;/i&gt;(cited in Fjeld, Molesworth
2006, p.392&lt;i&gt;) research has shown that PR practitioners are
familiar with this &lt;b&gt;theory but&lt;/b&gt; sceptical &lt;b&gt;of putting&lt;/b&gt; it &lt;b&gt;into&lt;/b&gt; practise.&amp;nbsp; Fjeld and Molesworth
(2006) &lt;b&gt;provides a&lt;/b&gt; number of negative comments from PR practitioners about
using the internet in crisis communication in &lt;b&gt;a&lt;/b&gt; symmetrical two&lt;b&gt;-&lt;/b&gt;way communication
model. These &lt;b&gt;[major?]&lt;/b&gt; statements support theories of adaptable communication presented
by Cameron et al and Cancel et al. With regards to PR practitionersâ experience&lt;b&gt;,
&lt;/b&gt;Fjeld and Molesworth(2006)&lt;b&gt; deduce that&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;communication in an &lt;/b&gt;organization &lt;b&gt;depends&lt;/b&gt; on its needs &lt;b&gt;and should&lt;/b&gt; be more flexible.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

that are generally apparent in online crisis communication.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;Because of this partial generalisation, outcomes &lt;b&gt;should be verifiable&lt;/b&gt; in
