Is this sentence grammaticaly correct? Your problems are the least of my concern. Yes. It's correct. But here you have least used with a singular noun ( concern ), not a plural, so I don't see the point of your prefatory remarks,

I would say that 'more than one' requires a singular noun so the third sentence is incorrect (in my view). In the first sentence 'more than one subject' is the subject of the sentence (in singular) so it should be correct.
