This is likely to be impossible. Schools in Vietnam (like most countries) want their teachers to be there for the full academic year which begins around September time. I think you need to choose between your job in the UK and getting a TEFL

Given your current knowledge I would sugegst that you shouldn't do the course.
Many people who take the CELTA course talk of it as being the hardest 4 weeks of their academic life! In my opinion, the course is the top level teacher
