Business English Research

Hello,

I am doing some research for a company called Enterprise Taktix, who are developing an interactive game that is aimed to teach foreign students Business English language. The product is currently being sold to English schools to teach business to students in UK which has proven to be very successful.

We have two different versions of the game, one is an online game and the other is in the format of a board game. Which version would be preferred by either teachers or students?

Also, we were going to provide some translations to help the foreign students use the game. But a lot of people have been telling me that this will not be wanted by many TEFL teachers. Is this true?

Hi Im teaching in Istanbul. I did my tefl here and I also worked in medical administration in many specialitÄ±es in various nhs trusts for around 12 years. I want to specialise in teaching medical english here in the private and perhaps state hospitals. I have been asked to construct a syllabus for the language school Im working in can anyone offer any suggestions?

Are there any online courses I could do relating to this area?

Hi,

I don't quite understand. Your thread is in the "Teaching English (TEFL) section", and has been there since yesterday afternoon.
When I moved your first post from the "teaching jobs" forum to the "TEFL" one, your other post (the second one, I mean) had already been deleted and I am currently unable to locate it. So, if there are any spelling mistakes that you would like to fix, please send me a PM containing the correct version and I will change your post.

That thread is still there. I wanted it removed *entirely* from that sub-forum (spelling errors as well as being posted in the wrong sub-forum). I re-posted the same topic (with a few changes) in another sub-forum ('TEFL' section), but it got removed because it was a duplicate thread. I wanted to keep it. Do you see what I'm trying to say?
