Looking for a fluent speaker of English

I am a 23 year old boy from Iran, and I'm looking for a fluent speaker of English for friendship. Hi Flavia!! It was so nice to hear from you and that you replied so soon! Thank you for your help I really appreciate it!

I will send my essay to FIT and hope to get accepted! I'm sure you are going to do well on your TOEFL score, as I can tell your english is doing more than fine! I'm having my test on saturday and I'm hoping I will do good. I already recieved my PIN and my Student Information Number and I must say I was soo thrilled when I got it...and yeah for Spring 2009 so don't worry we WILL see each other haha

Thanks for the compliments on my essay... since I posted it here, I have changed a few things and did not mention my curriculum.

I'm sending mine only to FIT.
This is from the website: IMPORTANT: FIT Admissions will not process your application until after the Academic History and Essay form has been submitted.

The essay form is only available at fitnyc.edu.

Have you received the Student Information Number and PIN from FIT? When and what are you applying for? Spring 2009?

Hopefully we will see each other in class hahaha Well, after my TOEFL test I'm not counting on this... I'll probably have to apply again.

Ok, that was tough. It was a good way to practice my English though. But it was difficult, more difficult that Tanit's tests, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, whatever.

This paragraph and its questions are on the same difficulty level with a typical TOEFL test's reading one.

My friend had TOEFL lately. She speaks wonderfully. I guess it is the strictness of that evaluation procedure.

Cool, so what is your percentage of correct answers.

I don't know. As I told you, there are no marks or percentages in the transcripts. Only a graph with five bands and four thresholds (the "exceptional" threshold should be around 80%). The graph in my "statement of results" had papers 1, 2, 3 and 4 above the "exc." threshold and Paper 5 exactly on the "good" one (yeah, speaking is my nightmare! )

Out of curiosity, did you take the TOEFL IBT or the CBT? And how much did you score in each part, if I may ask?

I had really good results in TOEFL, but it is a different thing

Hi ,

I found some good information about IELTS Exam on a website in german where you can have information: it is called Sprachdirekt. I think it is the British equivalent for TOEFL, in Language School websites. But it not the only one website. It can help people like me that are trying to lern English and to find where to prepare the IELTS Exam.
I hope this adress can help anyone that is looking to finde IELT preparing courses in England.
