Help me make my translation correct.

I could need some help with this translation of a business letter. I have difficulties translating some of the expressions. I have marked with italics where Iâm sceptical of my translation. It just sound odd but I donât know how else to translate. If someone are able to spot the right way to say it out of the context it would be great.
