Kind regards and best regards can be used interchangeably. To me, 'warm regards' sounds a little strange. Do not use both 'kind regards' and 'yours sincerely' in the same letter - use one or the other.

To me, the formality in letter writing has lost it’s place and no one in the new generation seems to really know what is proper and what isn’t anymore. Everyone is using Outlook for business and copies the greetings and pastes them onto the next

As was pointed out " yours faithfully " is out of style but it still is in use especially in British English. However, as was also pointed out, there are alternatives that are used in both British and American (North American) English.

Just my take on it.
Let's look at the structure of an e-mail or a letter for that matter. Simply said you have 3 parts.
1. opening or greeting
2. body
3. closing or ending
NOTE: greeting means hello and not good-bye.
