Hi, Yes, it's correct, but it's a relatively uncommon word order. It emphasises the word 'low'. A litle more common, but still different, for this kind of thing is - eg What your IQ is, is low. eg What you are, is stupid. The comma is more or less optional. Best wishes, Clive
