How do you pluralize "Last Will and Testament"? Wills and Testments, Will and Testaments, or something else? How about "Power of Attorney"? Powers of Attorney or Power of Attorneys? Please help! This controversy has the office in a tizzy.

Alternatively, you could use:
Powers of attorney.
Last Will and Testaments.
But I expect your attorney has his/her own personal preferences in these matters. They're a nitpicking bunch. So whatever you use will be "wrong"...
