Hello,Would you please let me know what "traceable to" means in the sentence below? "MetricTest's lab is traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards & Technology."Thank you very much.

Thank you very much. So even though it is 'over deferential', it is not grammatically incorrect. I assume this person wanted to be very very polite.

Somebody wrote this to me. "We could meet Saturday afternoon, if that were to be convenient for you." I'm a bit confused by this. Because I learned when I use past subjunctive, it means it is not happening. Thank you.

Thank you all. I thought I might have to consider "more than 90% of the drugs" as one group. But in this case, it seems I can simply consider that the number of drugs mentioned here is more than 1; therefore, I should use "are."

Hello all,Could you tell me which is correct?"More than 90% of the drugs are.. " or "More than 90% of the drugs is.."Thank you very much.

Thank you. I thought it was strange when I heard that and I made it sure twice if he said "Where." He said yes. We both are foreigners... I may have heard it wrong.
But anyway, thank you so much. Now I know what to say next time when he says that.
