I would say "Sure, no problem." Sure is the same as yes or yeah (yeah is the slang for yes),
so I would say "Yeah, no problem." This way you answer the question
(yes/no) and you also make it clear that you are doing it willfully and
you do not mind doing it.

Do you have any specific questions about the exam, or just in general?
When you say "revise", I think you might mean "study for"? Let me know

"That's my thought" is correct, but not commonly used. We would usually say, "That's what I think," or "That's my opinion."
As stated by others, "thought" is singular, and "thoughts" is plural, so you just need to use the appropriate pronoun with it.

I don't know Viann, but Devin rhymes with Heaven (if that helps). I'm
also not sure if Vernon can be a girl's name...People are starting to
go against tradition when it comes to names these days.
