Philip is right. I relate "got" more to "recieve". Like, "I got a puppy yesterday." Also your sentences are a bit wordy. "I haven't got a pen with/on me." Why don't you just say, "I don't have a pen with/on me." The word "got" is quite primitive.

To my beliefs, "must" is a lot like "have to" in a way that they both mean one is required to do something. However, "must" has a more sense of urgency to it.
e.g. "I have to do my homework." opposed to "I must do my homework." The difference
