I guess we'll have to disagree. I'm using the Oxford English Dictionary and it doesn't consider rainbowlike to be a word. It uses rainbow-like in the definition, but that's two words.

I disagree, you'd give an answer (usually fine, even if you're not) and then respond with "and you/rself?" or "how do you do?".

Anybody would be more common, although if you're trying to make a joke or depending on the context somebody could also be appropriate.
