a) I don't have to ....
b) I haven't to ...

It seems the question tags follow the verbs of the main clauses, not the independent clause if it happens to have two or more

A: You always tell everyone what happens, don't you?
B: Well, that's because I see so many movies, don't I ?
Why is B useing "don't I" here?
