Yes. You can and you should. UNLESS your "to" is a mispelling of "too" - in which case "too" would be, arguably, fine.

All looks fine, to me. Of course using "and" instead of "that" or "which" would make "also" redundant.

Umm... Dave; just exactly where in Japan did you live, and in what place did you meet these "ugly" women? I'm guessing you lived in Ugly City, and encountered these women in the waiting room of a plastic surgeon, or in the engine
