First of all congratulations for getting into MBA school. May I know the college name? As you said, an MBA graduate badly needs a good communication skills. Try to read through all the posts in this forum. That will give you a good start.

There lies the problem. People, and to me more specific, parents are worried over the more sensitive matter called 'sex'. This makes "some" difficult to maintain a good friendship.

Ofcourse, full time mom has got more works than full time dads. She has lots of additional works which are unique to women.

Some of them told that, in HCL there is high work load although they are good works. I like to work in a cool atmosphere. MindTree is a new company started just 5 years ago. There is greater scope for growth there.
