No, we and you' or 'you and we' both sound unatural. The 'you' erson wouldn't normally be separated out in this way - they are part of the group so are already included in 'we'.

the whole last part of your sentence is confusing. We don't 'place' anger. The 'in any other way' suggests to me that you are showing anger by smiling, which doesn't make much sense.

Don't get confused by this example. Sheila is not being used as a woman's name. Sheila is Australian slang for woman. so in this case sheilas' is correct. if we were talking of one woman named sheila, it would be sheila's.
