Not only does smoking cause an irremediable damage to your health but also harms the people around you. It's no wonder that western Europe is on the brink of prohibiting it, people are now waking up to fact that smoking is a real threat to the commonwealth. As for me, yes, I had that vice for half an year but realized that it's not worth at all. So why not follow suit? At least give it a thought!

Now then, I would like to express my infinite admiration for italian cuisine. Nearly all of what I tend to eat is composed of italian food: pizza, spagheti, capuccino, espresso, all sorts of pasta... Every time I pop out to the local pizaria for a slap-up meal, I tell myself: "God bless those who conceived such goodies."
PS: terribly sorry for any misspellings of italian words, I couldn't find an appropriate dictionary to look them up...

Re: Which country is everyone from?

Mmm, I'm from Bulgaria => mother tongue- bulgarian. Won't be surprised if you don't know of it. It's somewhere between Greece, Black sea, Rumania and Turkey.... oh and Sarbia of course.
Well I shall start off by describing our national traits. Bulgarians can be pretty welcoming, compassionate and diligent. On the other hand, we tend to make a fuss about everything, even the most petty things and we also envy other people for their prosperity (which is viewed as our worst vice). Our climate is moderate, our seaside is passable, and we take pride in our ravishing mountains which are most tempting at this time of the year, when their summits are covered in snow.
To sum up, Bulgaria is all...

Re: The Movie that changed my Life

I couldn't say that there's a film I've seen which has changed my outlook on life that much. All the same, I'm pretty sure that "The Godfather" was the movie that made the most lasting impression on me. What I liked most about it was the glimpse into that bygone time that it gives us. It's no wonder that the film is perceived as a masterpiece. I would strongly recommend it to those of you who haven't seen it yet.

But we'd much rather watch it on the TV, sitting idly on the couch and drinking immense quantities of beer than play it on the football pitch. The most intriguing thing about football here is when a football team loses to a foreign team. Then the best part of the football hooligans go nuts and go about wrenching and setting on fire the seats at the football stadium. It's superbly spectacular when watched in the flesh...
