I agree when u say that smoking is a bad thing but I DECIDED BY MYSELF to give up and not the government or my parents or the system, it was JUST ME! That's the point.
And anothere thing: as alcohol is also dangerous, for illness, for cars incidents, for making people violent and so on, I SUPPOSE, you dont' drink anything but water, do you? And if not, TELL ME WHY!
It's not right that people has to give up smoking 'cause it causes so many problems to NON-smoking people but law doesn't say anything about any other dangerous thing, such as ALCOHOLISM which, maybe, causes more and more...

Re: what`s the difference of accent between Spain and Mexico?

Dear Anonymous who wrote this last message....you've been really clear in your explaination and u've perfectly said what I wanted to. I don’t smoke because i don’t like it and beacause smoking have many negative aspects, i live in Italy and i’m happy about the measure to don’t smoke in each public place not only in the pub but also in the restaurant,cinema,bar....
I approve this measure because i don’t breathe the passiv smoke and in the future I will not have conseguence for the passiv smoke, but also the local and the air is more clean. And finally this measure protect the people that don't smoke.
Bye!

Hi Irene, I'd like to say just a thing. I'd rather say: smoking has a lot of - or lots of - negative aspects.. ....passive smoke....

what the experts think about that? Thanks to everybody for correcting our mistakes!

Re: Do you smoke cigarettes?

Well rishonly , your point of view is very good too but the thing is that people already do all that u said. Also prostitution is not allowed by law but it exists, and drugs, though the're not allowed, really exist. Organizations such as "mafia", "camorra" and any criminal group live thanks to that, they grow over and over with that. If the government legalized drugs, cigarettes, prostitution, in a short way...if people was free to do what they already do, maybe everybody would stay better and could choice between living or dieing ( is this a right form of the verb to die? ) without paying anything to anybod else then themselves.
Do u know what I mean?

Re: INTRODUCE YOURSELF!!

Hi to everybody!
