CELTA and Trinity are well recognized but I highly doubt any course qualifies as universally known and accepted. Other well recognized courses include those run by Via Lingua and TEFL International.

I have no doubt that teachers do find good jobs through IACC but on the whole they don't seem to have a great reputation. Check out Buxiban.com for a rating and check out ESLectica for a recent posting on IACC's campaign of SPAM.
