The problem is that I hardly see any difference bewteen:
a) past simple + past simple
b) pres. perfect + pres. perfect
c) pres. perfect + past simple
Not to mention some other combinations...

2) Tomorrow it will be increased (by).... correct, passive voice
3) Tomorrow it will go up (by) 10% to 110.

I think that every example is right....out the wrong expressions?
