"Not at all" VS "It's okay"
Hi Clive! I'm a new user in this community. Is it possible if you would help me about my English problems also? I am 23 years old girl from Thailand. As now I am working as an English teacher in my hometown. However, sometimes I'm kind of not sure about some grammar. For example, today I have a problem about how different among "You're welcome, Not at all, It doesn't matter, no worries, Never mind, It's alright, It's okay, Forget it, It's nothing, No problem". This is so confusing because it's got the same meaning in my language. Actually. I do know some already but I just want to make sure that I understand it right. Well, if you could help that would be nice. Thank you for your help in advance.

About my essay.
Dear Clive, I really thank you for trying to help me. Actually the first paragraph is going to be as an introduction but not exactly. And also I thought a lot about which tense I should write. What do you think is it better to write in past tense? I am going to make that long sentence that you have mentioned before shorter. Frankly I translated by myself the existing essay from Russian language. And as I mentioned before I should use only 300 words, but I used more than 400. Can you give me suggestion how can I make it short around 300-400? Ah by the way in case of ethics I do not have to explain at all. It is not that important. What about the other part of the essay is there any mistakes or problems?I will be waiting for your soon response. Trully, Alex

Thanks Clive (back-in)
Hi Clive could you please check again the word back-in, i've added the actual context of that word. I hope you can give me some clues in order to interpret it and then translate it into Spanish.
