Questions are written in red below, thanks a lot!

Chandler: Alright, so I'm back in high school, I'm standing in the middle of the cafeteria, and I realize I am totally naked.

All: Oh, yeah. Had that dream. (In such a context, does this sentence mean I ever dreamed to be naked in public?)

Chandler: Then I look down, and I realize there's a phone... there.

Joey: Instead of...? (What does Joey want to say here? Can you help me complete this sentence?)

Chandler: That's right.

Joey: Never had that dream. (Why "had that dream" above but "never had that dream" here?)

Phoebe: No.

Chandler: All of a sudden, the phone starts to ring. Now I don't know what to do, everybody starts looking at me.

Monica: And they weren't looking at you before?!

Chandler: Finally, I figure I'd better answer it, and it turns out it's my mother, which is very-very weird, because- she never calls me!

All: Oh, yeah. Had that dream. (In such a context, does this sentence mean I ever dreamed to be naked in public?) This means: "I have also had that dream." or "I've had the same dream."

Chandler: Then I look down, and I realize there's a phone... there.

Joey: Instead of...? (What does Joey want to say here? Can you help me complete this sentence?) Presumably, Chandler has just pointed to a certain part of his body, and now Joey wants to know if Chandler had a phone instead of that particular body part in the dream.

Chandler: That's right.

Joey: Never had that dream. (Why "had that dream" above but "never had that dream" here?) This means that Joey has never had a dream in which part of his body was a telephone.

By my understanding, it seems to have nothing to do with the "dream," the scene is like this: Chandler is stating his story to Joey, Monica and Phoebe in the Central Park coffee house. I guess the phone is just putting beside his private part.

Chandler: That's right.

Joey: Never had that dream. (Why "had that dream" above but "never had that dream" here?) This means that Joey has never had a dream in which part of his body was a telephone.
