i need help in writting a letter to the parole board for a relative who is eligable for parole in the very near future, i've bee asked to write a letter to the board and not sure what to say, nor do i know a format.
i am writting for my husband.we have three children ages 3 to 7. he was on probation for three years and did some of the conditions of that probation.he has no prior arresset to the felony theft that put him on probation in the first place and he went in to the office to report 2 the probation officer twice and did'nt have the money to pay the fines and the probation office told him when he called before the third visit that if he came without the money he could possibly be arressted so he did'nt report.we got stoped for my tags being expired and that's when they found him.that was on january 14,2010 his hearing is on august 24,2010 and his eligibility date is september 18,2010. ha has a good time date to be released on december20,2010.

My name is lydia Herrera, i am macario martinez IIII mother. WHEN MY BOY WAS BORN I WAS A VERY PROUD MOTHER AS I STILL AM. DEAR SIRS R MISSES. I FEEL IN MY HEART THAT MY SON SOME HOW BEEN LOST IN THE SYSTEM. My son has the biggest heart. I know you may not know but I know he's only a number in your system, but he honestly does have a great heart. I feel my boy has done his time and I feel he needs to be home with me. My health condition is really slowing me down to travel to go see my son but i will continue to make the trips no matter if it does slow me down. I want to know if my boy has a any type of chance in gettting out, if my son does come home, I have 2 friends that are willing to hire him, in there place of business. They are willing to give him a employment, all he needs is a chance in life. My son has missed out in his sons life, but my grandson has finished his school, now he might even be a father. All im asking is give me another chance with my son.I would love mine son to have a chance to be able to know his grandbaby.
