Hi, everyboday,

Garmmar check please:

"This is my third complaint to your day-time guard, Mr Lee. So obviously, he don't have any intention to change his rude attitude to us. It's indeed really irratating. You acknoweledge that I've been giving him time and chance to reconsize his problem, but I doubt that he is just completely ignoring the job guideline, as well as your warning to him. Being his superviser, I need your immidate explanation. If the case could not be taken care of, I'm afraid I'll definitely bring it the top of the management."

Thank you

"This is my third complaint about your day-time guard, Mr Lee. So, he obviously does not have any intention of changing his rude attitude towards us. It is really irritating. You acknowledge that I have been giving him time and chances to recognize his problem, but I think that he is just completely ignoring his job guidelines as well as your warning to him. Because you are his supervisor, I would be grateful for your immediate explanation. If this matter cannot be resolved, I am afraid I will definitely bring it to the attention of top management."

Please ask questions if you don't understand any of these edits.

Best wishes, Clive

miyabiHi, everyboday everybody,
Garmmar check please:

"This is my third complaint to concerning / regarding your day-time security guard, Mr Lee. So obviously Obviously, he don't doesn't have any intention to change his rude attitude to toward us. It's indeed really irratating irritating. You acknoweledge acknowledge that I've been giving him time and chance to reconsize recognize his problem, but I doubt that he is just completely ignoring the job guideline, as well as your warning to him. Being his superviser supervisor, I need your immidate immediate explanation (i think, "action" sounds better) . If the case could not be taken care of, I'm afraid I'll definitely bring it to the top of the management."

Thank you
By the way, these two sentences sound a little bit awkward to me, i don't know - Let's wait for others to explain it further.
  • You acknoweledge acknowledge that I've been giving him time and chance to reconsize recognize his problem, but I doubt that he is just completely ignoring the job guideline, as well as your warning to him
  • If the case could not be taken care of, I'm afraid I'll definitely bring it to the top of the management
p.s : this is merely my imperfect suggestion, please don't take it as a conclusive correction. cheers. Emotion: rock

Red_Guitar_168Being his superviser supervisor, I need your immidate immediate explanation (i think, "action" sounds better) .
As his supervisor, I urge you to take an immediate action. (i think it sounds better this way)

Hello Clive and Miyabi,
CliveBecause you are his supervisor, I would be grateful for your immediate explanation.
"grateful" sounds more polite than "urge" (as i have suggested).Emotion: big smile But, why would he want to ask for an "immediate explanation"? - it sounds a little bit unreasonable. if he wrote, "for your further explanation" / "for your in-depth explanation", it's sensible, i think. They both (i.e. complainer and that supervisor) have already known that this "guard" is rude, so, they don't need any explanation anymore, aren't they? don't they simply need to take "action" rather than asking for "more explanation"? Emotion: surprise
