and water just automatically coming out from the floor and make musty smell. Don't you still remember this sence in Spring in your home town? - I don't really understand your meaning! Therefore I haven't touched this bit.

I didn't really understand this post so hope that someone can be greater use than I. I have just corrected sentence by sentence and left it dismembered. Sorry I can't help more, I think that the cultures and weathers are too different between us for me to comprehend your thoughts. Rewrite with some help and repost and I'll have another look.
Hello Dave Phillips,

That's my problem. I have difficulty to express something in English(even it's just simple thing in daily life). And that's why I try to write more, want to learn more from native speakers the way to express and write good English.

Here, I just want to try again( to use my poor Eng) to explain what I want to say in my last paragraphy.

"since the weather is very wet here in spring in our place. That means the humidity is very high, let say sometime may reach 90 - 98 degrees. So, the floor and the wall might become wet(water coming out). Under this warm and wet condition, things are easily become moldy, so there might have a kind of musty smell in the air."

Hope you'd get my meaning this time. Thank you for all the help Emotion: smile

That's much clearer.

During the session of spring, the weather is often very damp, leading to high humidity. The days become very warm (between 90-98 ˚F). Because of the heat and humidity, condensation causes a problem offers ideal conditions for mold to grow in. These molds leave a musty smell. People often feel uncomfortable because of the sticky atmosphere.

When the wind changes it brings cold air into the area, the temperature drops, leaving a drier and more comfortable weather. The change in these conditions can leave people vulnerable to colds or even the flu.
Soory there is a mistake in the above text when I changed my mind.
