1 The rate of Counting increases or decreases according to/depending on the (number of ??)pulses received on the IN A and IN B input so...

No so bad, really

2 Tell me ten minutes before we get to the house that we're there. we will be there in ten minutes.

Tell me when we well be there in ten minutes.

3 How in love are you./How much in love are you.

Something like "How much in love with him(me?) are you," would be more natural. Depends on context, of course.

thanks

You need to clean up this sentence. It's messy and where is the verb? Depending and according do not share any meaning in common.

2 Tell me ten minutes before we get to the house that we're there.

10 minutes before we arrivie at the house, can you please let me know ?

3 How in love are you?How much in love are you in love

Edit:

Uh..it's my fault. I see what the problem is. As it was pointed out before, the way you are putting the sentences together leaves a lot of margin for misinterpretation and obsurity.

If you are talking about digital signals (as in counting the digitized pulese), you need to use a finite article and specify what is being counted.
