You will never see your family [again/anymore].

What 's the difference between again and anymore in general?

Hi,
Again = one more time, another time.
Anymore = implies that something changes, a situation changes, etc. and it's not the way it used to be.

I tried two times. Now I'm going to try again.
I already tried it once. I don't feel like trying it again.
I worked in LA. Now I don't work there anymore.

In many cases, in negative sentences, there's practically no difference.

You'll never see her again => not another time => not even a single time => never, in the future
You'll never see her anymore => never, in the future => not a single time => not again, never again

I hope what I just wrote makes sense. Emotion: smile
