Therefore, managers have to announce to the negotiating team key goals which are to be realized, criteria on the basis of which negotiators have to value possible solutions, triggers or alarm states/situations/moments when to withdraw from negotiation, which is the best alternative to clinching the supposed deal.

I'm also ineterested whether it can be said to withdraw from negotiation? Or step out from negotiation? Or any other verb apart from end or conclude? My collocation dictionaries do not provide additional solutions.
