Never lend books, for no one ever returns them; the only books I have in my library are books that other folk have lent me.
me too
Similar here, I have a lot of bought books, some borrowed but not returned. But, maybe it's Ok: once we have read a book, why we need keep it in a shelf, gathering dust? Better to let it, for others can read and enjoy it. And if really we yearn some not returned book, well, we can buy it again.

Yeah i never got the books back, those i lend to people but my library is not full with others books. But after that happened several times with me i have stopped lending books to others.
I agree... but sometime we will feel so sad when knowing that our book is not with us. they're gone .. and when we try to buy them again, they are not sale
Very funny! It`s controversial. By the way, what to do with a book you've already read?
