RegardsDon't use "will" in an if-clause (if I come home - without "will").Regards
In these partcular sentences, 'will' is not incorrect in the if- clause, in my opinion.

Hi,
Won't you come home? No, I won't (a negative answer).
Won't you come home? Yes, I will (a positive answer).

Don't use "will" in an if-clause (if I come home - without "will").

Regards
I think this is logically incorrect.

Such question should be answered in yes or no fashion, if you agree to the statement you would say YES and if you don't agree with the statement you would say NO.

Eg. Do you go to market?
No, I don't go to market. (I don't agree with the speaker)
Yes, I go to market. (I agree with the speaker)

For Negative Interrogative we should answer in same way

eg. Don't watch movies?

Yes, I don't watch movies. (I agree with the speaker)
No, I watch movie. ( I don't agree with the speaker)
