For the slaughter of the animals there are two main requirements according ...

As often seen with M.M.'s posts, this is a non referenced cut & paste from a pdf available on the Internet written by some "Dr.Ashraf."

I think that, as far as we English learners are concerned, this forum aims to improve our English. However, cutting & pasting such long texts doesn't help (a link would be better). Furthermore, she doesn't even credit her sources!

If I might ask a question to the moderators ... Is there any common policy?

I have noticed that some times the 'lifted' text has been completely deleted (http://www.EnglishForward.com/English/UltimatePurposeCreation/8/phcl/Post.htm ),

some times the moderators add the reference (http://www.EnglishForward.com/English/JesusInIslam/dwcrk/Post.htm ),

some times the poster has simply been warned (http://www.EnglishForward.com/English/AdaptionReligionChangesLifePerson/2/cdkp/Post.htm ),

and some times no action has been done, even though the plagiarism had been signalled(http://www.EnglishForward.com/English/ReligionTraditionMoslemWomenCannot-MarryMoslem/3/drjlp/Post... ).

I love this forum, because it is a really powerful tool for learners, so I don't want to see it turned into a propaganda instrument!

Yes it may be a religious requirement to say this. That's fine. Go ahead. It is not a scientific requirement though, is it, as originally stated.
We have contacted Miss Muslima about her pasting uncredited material. If she continues to post uncredited items then we will take further action.
Well, I am a Muslim, and I don't consider that it is apropriate to "promote" religions ( including Islam ) in this forum. This forum should be treated as English learning one.

For miss Muslima, if you want to "inform" other people about Islam, please do that as a secondary thing. your prime thing should be learning and practising English.

Salam
