Sentence3:

Hi,

Can I ask you one more question in this topic?

Can I say:
"This is the CV for the application for a Trainee Accountant position"
?

I think it is ok.

Thanks

Sorry, but that's not a good sentence, or a good approach.

You need to write a letter with paragraphs that focus on these general ideas.

I would like to apply for a position as a trainee acountant.

You should give me this job because I am an excellent candidate. Here are the highlights of my skills and experience that make me ideal for this job.

I am attaching my CV, with all the details. I look forward to an interview.

If you'd like to draft such a letter, we'd be happy to look at it for you.

Clive
Thank you for your reply.

Actually, I would like to decide the name of my resume.

Eg, Uktous's resume for the application of a Trainee Accountant position

Thanks
Hi,

Why does your resume need a name like that?

In the resume yourself, you nomally put your name at the top.

In a letter, just refer to it as 'my resume'.

"Why does your resume need a name like that?"
Since I apply for the job online, I need to attach my resume.

I use microsoft word 2007 to product my resume.

The file name of my resume would be:

Uktous's resume for the application of a Trainee Accountant position.docx

Thanks

It's not grammatical.

Uktous's resume to apply for a Trainee Accountant position.docx

But why not just call it spmething short like

Uktous resume.doc

or just

resume.doc

Usually, nobody really cares what a file name is.

Best wishes, Clive
