"Hope springs eternal in the human breast;
Man never Is, but always To be blest:
The soul, uneasy and confin'd from home,
Rests and expatiates in a life to come."

Can someone translate(what would be a better choice of word instead of translate?) this into a modern English for me please?
Here's the best interpretation I could come up with:

People always are hopeful (hope is eternal). People are not eternal (they are mortal), but they are blessed.
The soul inside a man is not confortable because it is away from its natural home (heaven). So it rests and freely imagines its future life (when it is released).
