In the U.S. 1 and 3 are used most of the time.

Not sure about how it is in GB.

The first one is definitely AmE, our favorite of the three, I think.
I almost never hear the second in the U.S.
The last one is common in AmE.

All three are used in GB, but (2) "Is there a bank round here?" is probably used slightly less generally than (1) or (2).
