Please, help me to clarify what I should use when I say something like this: "I don't look good like/as you do though". The fact is that I saw both versions and this is disturbing me.

Well! I was searching for some better explanation but unfortunately... Take this hint: after "like" we usually have a simple sentence and after "as" we should have a clause
