In casual conversation the most common way for this to be said is, "I don't look as good as you do, though."

There is a slight difference in my two statements, however.
I don't look as good as you do. (means:I look good, but you look better)
I don't look good, like you do. (means: You look good but I do not)
Not necessarily. I don't see any difference between the sentences you've mentioned.
