Rita NganAre the highlighted parts correct? Please advise me if I should use either "target" or "targets" and "continual improvement" or "continuous improvement".

"We target" is ungrammatical. "We target" is grammatical. However, I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Can you give us some more information?

Rita Ngan2. To maintain environmental and energy management framework to keep continuous improvement in order to achieve key performance index.

OK, but try saying the above in simple sentences. Use as many words as you need, but avoid waffle.
