So I want to ask my friend for a ride. But her home is 30 minutes drive away so I want to make sure she is willing to give me a ride. Can I say these sentences?

Where is your house?

Are you going by X College on your way?

I don't have a car, and I want to leave early today. Could you give me a ride? Will it be further much?

mezzopianoWhere is your house?

This is not really relevant if you already know that her house is 30 miles away.

mezzopianoAre you going by X College on your way?

Is [name of college] on your way?

I need to be at [name of college] at [time ] today, and I don't have a car. If it's not too much out of your way, can you give me a ride? I would really appreciate it.

Would it be very far out of your way?
