This is said about a night club in Moscow:

"No place could better exemplify the excesses of the New Russia than Titanik: bitchin interior, ear-splitting techno, Babe-O-Litas and their flathead keepers, Die Hard security, black-eyed patrons sucking down Evians. Awesome sound system, kick parties, a must-see. Back bar room area provides necessary relief.
Jeers: You won't get laid, and you shouldn't even try. Don't come here too sober."

I take it these girls are probably beautiful, but are they whores, prostitutes, or just concubines?

I found the term babeolicious, and I also found lita as a slang term for a s-l-u-t, but Lolita also comes to my mind.

These flathead (simpletone?) keepers, are they their guards, or sugar daddys, or pimps?

Or is it something completely different?

Thanks!

Any of the above. Look for any possible meaning for "babe" and apply it here.

I also think this is a play on "Lolita" by Vladimir Nabokov, a famous (and great) novel.

Not guards, but it could be any of the above, as "keeper" is mainly someone who pays for the upkeep of a woman for illicit pleasures. Most probably "sugar daddys," but not necessarily old.

I thought so too. Lolita was my first association.

And keepers?

Thanks, Marius!
In the above.
