How to say these things.

I don't do deal in loss or I do deal in profit.

Although I could say, I don't do deal that involves losses.

I think you want something like these:

I won't do a deal that involves a loss.
I don't do deals that involve losses.
I only do deals that involve profits.
I only do deals that are profitable.
