I'm conducting some research on language schools in Japan, and collecting feedback at the same time. Can anyone here give me their opinion on a good language school in Japan please?

No, it isn't. It does not include mine.
One of my friends attended http://www.sse-franchise.com / (smith's school of English) and liked it a lot. I think there are lots of Japanese people here who could help you more though
Students: We have free audio pronunciation exercises.
ESL Base has a listing for that http://www.eslbase.com/schools/japan but the listing is pretty basic, perhaps a good place to start but not much information there.
In Japan, more and more people are learning English online now. And the major English schools have started providing online lessons in addition to their usual face to face lessons.
Here are a few schools that are very popular in Japan at the moment:

b) http://www.mainichieikaiwa.jp
c) http://www.aeonet.co.jp/
d) http://www.cocojuku.jp/
This is not an exhaustive list but I hope it helps you in your research.
