This might sound like silly question so I hope you don’t laugh when you read this.
Is there a difference between bring and take.
Take the towels with you.
Bring the towels with you.

My Swedish girlfriend says bring and I noticed I always say take.
We always have a big decision about it so please set the record straight.

This is not a silly question.
It is a good question. Learners generally confuse this 2 words.
Good question!

As an overview:
- bring means carrying a thing from somewhere to the speaker
- take means carrying a thing from the speaker to somewhere.
