Dear sir/madam: I would be grateful if someones can help to review the letter of motivation for the Master course. Thanks a bunch for your helps. Phuong

------------------------

My name is Phuong, Nguyen Thi Nam and I am a citizen of Vietnamese currently working at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) under the Embassy of Switzerland in Hanoi. I am submitting herewith my completed application form for the Master of Economic Expertise and International Projects Management together with my CV for your perusal and consideration.

I’ve graduated from the Hanoi Foreign Languages Study University. English is my studied language over four years at the University. Since my graduation in 1995, I’ve been working constantly in international environment specifically in the field of Project Cycle Management (PCM) and English is my working language.

My current work and the works with project namely “UNDP assistance to the preparation of a Socio Economic Development Strategy for Viet Nam 2001 – 2010” that I have been through required to have high level of management, monitoring and writing skills. The Mater of Economic Expertise and International Projects Management course is a desire of mine as it fits so well to my current work. This would enrich my knowledge and practical experiences to better manage and monitoring the projects in both aspects of financial and technical effectively and efficiently. The PMU 18 is an example of bad management specifically in terms of finance management. I would therefore very much like to attend to this course in order to better support the organisation in PCM in particular and to dedicate my small contribution to the nation in general.

My resume and the letters of recommendation from my current box and from Mr. Klaus Greifenstein, the former Programme Officer of UNDP that I was under his monitor and supervision, are enclosed for your information and consideration. I hope my qualification would suite the Programme. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to let me know at the above contact details.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely yours,
