Can I use "By the way" instead of "After all" in these sentences?
1. I don't know why you're so concerned - it isn't your problem after all.
= I don't know why you're so concerned - it isn't your problem by the way.
2. I don't know why you're so concerned ; after all, it isn't your problem.
= I don't know why you're so concerned ; by the way, it isn't your problem.
3. You don't need to call him. After all, he never calls you.
= You don't need to call him. By the way, he never calls you.

Hasibrahman By the way vs After all

Both of these are better placed at the beginning of a sentence and are less effective at the end, but they don't have the same meaning, so neither can replace the other.

In very general terms, 'after all' introduces an idea that is related to the previous idea, while 'by the way' introduces an idea that contrasts with the previous idea.

The most natural sentences among your examples are these:

I don't know why you're so concerned; after all, it isn't your problem.
You don't need to call him. After all, he never calls you.

If you want to see a natural use of 'by the way', it goes like this:

You don't need to call Tom. He's already emailed his acceptance to our invitation. By the way, he also mentioned in his email that Karen was out of town until Tuesday, so you don't need to call her either until then.
