Stress is an integral part from our modern life, We experience stress while the work, in the bank, while driving, In fact stress helps us to maintain our life and reach to success, But in the modern world the stress follow us everywhere and cause to ill, research has found that most of the people that suffer from hurt attack have stress job, and that why we have to reduce stress.

Once of my ways to reduce stress is by exercise. For example, play tennis, or juggling, while the exercise escaping many energy and stress, also negative thinking escape out form my mind and make me relief. In fact exercise (like music and chocolate) create a hormone that call "Hedrofin" witch increasing the feeling of happiness. So after exercise I am feeling rueful and happy.

Another way or another place that reduce stress, is the beach, I really like the beach and we have amazing sandy beaches here, So I go to the beach and lie on the sand, drink some beer, listen to the waves, that really helps me to relax, then I can think lucidly. One time I was really stress, my apartment contract was explored and I had to find a new apartment. Instead of looking for a new apartment I went to the beach, because taking a design on stress it's not a good idea, so while I was relaxing at the beach, someone told me that there is a website that I can find a good apartment, and that what I have done and now I am living in a great apartment. Decision on stress can cause to a lot of treble.

I don't like to be in stress, I'm not reacting good on stress, so that why I have found a good ways to reducing stress.
